The son of a household name in the racing industry, Kenny Callander, Richie had every intention of becoming a golf pro before finding his calling not only as a race industry commentator but an extremely entertaining raconteur at sportsmen’s lunches and dinners.

Our own Sam Kekovich reckons Richie is one of the best in the business. That’s very high praise coming from arguably the best in the business.

Richie is a natural story teller and has become a master of keeping a room highly entertained with stories about racing, sport and life in general
