There are not enough hours in the day. Or maybe the problem is that humans have only one set of eyes and ears. Because following all the sport that’s available at the moment is driving me crazy.
Even though this Cricket World Cup is unfolding with the pace of a three-toed sloth, I like to keep an eye on the Aussies (and the faltering Poms).
At long last, the footy is back and I want to get my fill of the Bunnies, the Tahs and the Crows. Oh, and the V8s have started again and I don’t mind seeing the occasional high-speed crash in high def!
So today I’m watching four things at once on two TVs – the remote is smoking – and I’ve got the radio on in the background.
Sometimes, too much sport IS too much.
But that’s never true of the K Faktor.
For us, Too Many Sporting Greats are Barely Enough.
The K Faktor officially calls the 2015 Footy Season ON! And thank God for that! We were starting to get a little tired of the off-season sports, but since the Auckland 9s warm-up and the All Stars appetiser, we can’t wait for the real stuff to start again. Our AFL cousins are also keen to get Essendon’s drug case out of the papers and marks, kicks and goals centre stage again.
Talking of the All Stars game, it was nice to see Arthur Beetson remembered on the trophy.
Many of you will remember the K Faktor’s Famous State of Origin Shows, with Artie and Tommy going hammer and tongs over which state is the toughest, the fastest, the meanest and reliving all their own past triumphs.
For 2015, we’ve got Big Dell donning the maroon shirt to tackle Tom Terrific in the blue. Wendell Sailor (new dog) vs Tommy Raudonikis (very old dog), winger vs half-back, big mouth vs bigger mouth.
Contact Justin to reserve a Famous State of Origin Show for your club; be thoroughly entertained and raise big money too.
Hot celebrities and TV’s latest superstars, Fletch and Hindy now have two hugely popular shows on Fox each week. Their detailed analysis of the issues and in depth interviewing has won much acclaim (“How do these two get a paid gig on TV?” wrote one reviewer).
Now they’re coming to a venue near you with a brand new show!
Quality television will be transformed into a brilliant live show, focussing on Origin Football but liable to veer off in any direction. As one blogger recently wrote, “It’s unreal isn’t it!”
They are willing and available for shows on Wednesday May 20th (in the week before Origin 1 at ANZ) plus Saturday June 13th (weekend before Origin 2 at MCG).
You know you’ll love ‘em!
